1. Do I need special software? 2. The video card to connect to my (new) for the PC? 3. Am I obligated to use a certain type of DVD (+ or -) to play DVDs on a DVD player? And finally, would the picture and sound quality is better or worse, if I bought a 2, instead of using the computer?
