I LOOOVE Reagan speech. They are so honest and direct.
Furthermore, Twain was known for his sarcastic humor, and indeed most of their conference money. It's been a popular Amond and college students.
John C. Calhoun has also been a great orator.
* Not sure if you stick w / this list, but Patrick Henry's speech was incredible, and his life. You do not find someone more interesting.
I like Mark Twain to write the funniest man on the list. If so, why not send them to me?

John F. Kennedy 's speech in Berlin, is one of the great speeches of the 20th Century. I'm surprised is not on the list.
1) Franklin D. Roosevelt
Speech after the attack on Pearl Harbor
2) Mark Twain - very witty and funny.
