I want to make a sensual massage, but also want the therapist to obtain a license, because I would play it safe and legal. There is no happy ending is required, just a relaxing massage, but sensual atmosphere. Does anyone know of a place here in Edmonton?

I do not think living in Edmonton, but I live in Canada, and it is a registered massage therapist (license) for sensual massage illegal. They could lose their licenses and their ability to earn their livelihood.
They have a professional regulatory body, the answer to doctors, nurses, chiropractors must, dentists, etc., and if it exceeds the limits of the professional relationship / client, it can be reported to the supervisor who, with potentially serious consequences.
Here you can find willing to take a risk, but most do not.
